With an in-house Radiologist, Anesthesiologists and a professional medical team supported by modern diagnostic tools, fully equipped operating rooms and intensive care unit we are ready to take of any emergency case. We work in close coordination with other healthcare facilities not only on the island of Koh Samui, but also with those on other surrounding islands such as Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. We are also supported by the super tertiary emergency center in Bangkok Hospital , our parent hospital.

Ambulance

Trauma victim transfer is a delicate matter and our emergency response team is constantly provided with up-to-date knowledge and training. All our ambulances are equipped for advanced life support. Our ambulance and emergency response teams are able to respond within 30 seconds of receiving an emergency call.

Our doctors are always on stand-by to go along the ambulance team and to receive the patient at the emergency room.

Hotel call & House call

The need for medical attention may strike anywhere, anytime and to anyone, even to holidaymakers. We are able to provide medical care to tourists in the comfort of their hotel rooms by our hotel & house call team comprising of a doctor, a nurse and an orderly.
For minor illness, treatment is provided at the hotel premises itself. For a more serious illness needing hospitalization we immediately transfer the patient to the hospital. Bangkok Hospital Samui is the preferred healthcare provider for all the major hotels and resorts on Koh Samui.

Medivac

We provide air, land or sea medical evacuation to and from our hospital. Our specialized medivac team, in coordination with the aviation medicine center or Bangkok Hospital is able to provide transportation for any level of medical care for domestic or international repatriation. We also work in coordination with other air ambulance companies.
The mobile CCU of the Bangkok Heart Hospital along with the cardiac care team and cardiologist is also available for transportation of patients with a major heart problem.
