Three internists take care of acute and chronic cases, anything from minor food poisoning to sudden cardiac arrest. They are well supported by a 7-bed ICU facility with bedside monitors, a lab with capability to perform a vast array of diagnostic tests, a state-of-the-art imaging unit, and a well-stocked pharmacy unit. Our anesthesistS go beyond that. They let the patients control their postoperative pain by a Pain Control Automation (PCA) system.
