Coffee corner

 
     Many times the patients do not come to the hospital alone, but are accompanied with friends or relatives.

     While they wait they can avail themselves to our coffee shop in a corner of the hospital lobby.

     Different kinds of hot and cold drinks and snacks are on the menu.

Internet access

     Computers with internet connection are available in the hospital lobby. Internet cards with access code can be purchased at the cashier nearby. Internet connected computers are also available in the ward lounge.


Bank and ATM

          Two ATM machines are available right at the hospital's main entrance. Also located within the hospital compound
      is Krungsri Ayutthaya Bank with money transfer service through Western Union .

Cash Payment
     Please be advised that the hospitals cashier will send a copy of bills to your room every 20,000 Bath to allow you or your relative to prepare and/or make your payment. For your payment you may call cashiers staff to collect by dialing 1270,1271

Insurance Claims Assistance
     (Health, Travel Accident) Ext.: 1236,1291 To ease you worries, our IMC coordinators are please to assist you in contacting your Insurance providers and help you process your insurance claims, at anytime.
Upon admission, please provide us with the following:
    - Insurance Card : Reference or Account Numbers & Claims Phone/Fax Contact        Number ( Health, Travel, Accident)
    - Identification Card, Passport.
Note : We shall photocopy all the above documents and return them to you immediately.

Money Transfer ( Western Union )
     You can transfer your money from your country by Western Union with in 15 minuit after you contact.

Taxi and Transportation

     A taxi or van can be arranged for transfer of patients back to their hotel or to the airport.
